Icicle

Hi, I’m Icicle and I just don’t get life sometimes.  I have lived at Francisvale for most of my life. For 9 years I lived at the shelter just hoping someone would take me home. Then one day I got my wish. I lived in a home for 2 years! And then for some reason my owner was no longer able to take care of me any more. So here I am, again, in the shelter.  I shouldn’t complain too much because they do take very good care of me, but I was really happy when I finally went to a real home.  I’m just hoping I get a second chance to have a family to call my own.

I promise I’m an easy cat to live with in your home. I don’t ask for much. A nice cozy couch or bed, a little bit of sunshine, and some of my favorite treats. Now really, is that asking too much? I am on the chunky side a bit, but I’ve been doing really well on my portion control and I think I may get into my holiday dress this year!

If you are just looking for a companion to sit by you while you sip your coffee and read the paper I would be perfect for you.
