Bentley

Good afternoon, my name is Bentley and it would be a pleasure to meet you. I love when people  drop by for a visit.  I usually greet them at  the door and as soon as they step in the room- game on! I love playing. I have a collection of toys scattered about the room so we have many options to cho0se from. I also love to cuddle.  I will sit my cute little tushey right in your lap. It’s the proper position for a back scratching session.

It’s really sad that I ended up at Francisvale. I loved my owner and she loved me. We were heart broken that we were going to be separated. My mom and I lived with family and one of the family members had a baby and did not want me near the baby. They elected for me to leave. My mom begged and pleaded, but could not convince the family to let me stay. I didn’t understand. I love children. I’m great with people. We could have been a happy family. Some people just don’t get it. They don’t understand how a child’s life can be enhanced by the love of a good dog.  So here I am ready to restart my life.

*Bentley has a food allergy and has to be on a grain free diet.

 

The Inside Scoop

What is your favorite past time?

I would probably have to say a good game of catch. I know it’s a bit predictable, but what can I say, I love the classics.

Who is your favorite musician or band?

Hmm, that’s a hard one. I love rock and roll.  I really like Aerosmith, especially the older songs.

What has been your favorite moment since arriving at Francisvale?e

It’s probably the day we received all the holiday donations. I was there when all the boxes were opened and I had first

dibs on all the new toys. Now that was fun!
